Terms and Conditions by Plutus Advisors

Appointment and Acknowledgement

Plutus Advisors is SEBI-registered Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH000010229) & BSE enlistment (No. 5611). The registered office address of Plutus Advisors is Office No. 913, 9th Floor, Sunshine Tower, Senapati Bapat Marg, Dadar (West), Mumbai – 400013. The client hereby appoints Plutus Advisors to provide research recommendations entirely at the client’s own risk, as per the terms outlined in this agreement. By availing of our services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions, including the fee structure and payment mechanisms associated with the services provided.

Scope of Services

Plutus Advisors acts solely as a research analyst and does not manage funds or securities on behalf of clients. The only funds received from clients are those necessary for the delivery of research services.
The services rendered are strictly in compliance with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
No guaranteed or assured return services are offered. The performance of research recommendations depends entirely on market conditions.
Registration granted by SEBI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

Client Responsibilities and Risks

The client agrees to assume full responsibility for the risks associated with investments in equity market, including but not limited to:

Investments in equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Before acting on any research recommendation, investors should consider whether it is suitable for their particular circumstances and, if necessary, seek an independent professional advice.
There is no assurance that investment strategies will achieve their objectives due to market risks.
Research recommendations may not always result in profits due to market volatility or unforeseen circumstances.
Plutus Advisors is not liable for any losses incurred due to market fluctuations or the client’s reliance on our research recommendations.

Liabilities and Indemnification

Plutus Advisors/employees/associates is not responsible for any depletion in asset value arising from market volatility, non-performance of securities, or any other market-related conditions.
Plutus Advisors/employees/associates will not be liable for any losses arising from actions taken in good faith or based on prudent research practices under prevailing circumstances.
Plutus Advisors shall not be held liable for any legal action, prosecution, or claim for damages arising from any act performed in good faith or with the intent of complying with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

Code of Conduct:

Subscribers are required to provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process. Any inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations in the submitted information will be solely the responsibility of the subscriber.
Submission of PAN Card Details

By submitting your PAN card details, you hereby confirm that the details provided are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the PAN card and are authorized to provide such information.
Plutus Advisors shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, or consequences arising from the submission of inaccurate or incomplete PAN card details.

Susbcribers accept full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted to Plutus Advisors, including but not limited to PAN card details and any other required documentation.
Plutus Advisors expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for issues arising due to inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising between the client and Plutus Advisors shall be resolved in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in the state of Maharashtra, and the language of arbitration will be English.

Force Majeure

Plutus Advisors/employees/associates shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or delays caused by external factors such as acts of God, civil or military actions, natural calamities, power or communication failures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Communication and Recommendations

Research recommendations will be shared exclusively via the official Telegram channel only at Plutus FTDB And Plutus Quant Tech.
Plutus Advisors will not be held responsible if the client acts on research recommendations received from unauthorized sources and or any other channel impersonating our name on any social media/public domain.

Compliance and Refund Policy

Plutus Advisors adheres to SEBI regulations and adjusts practices as necessary to comply with regulatory changes.

Terms & Conditions of Refunds:

Refunds may be issued only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Plutus Advisors.

Refunds are subject to compliance with regulatory norms.

Any refunded amount will be subject to applicable handling charges and taxes.

Processing Timeline: Refund requests may take up to 15 working days to process.

Confidentiality and Security

All research reports, recommendations, and related information are strictly confidential and are exclusively published for the paid subscribers only. Unauthorized sharing of such information will result in legal action and immediate termination of services without refund.
Plutus Advisors does not handle or manage client Demat or trading accounts. Clients are strictly advised not to share sensitive credentials such as User IDs, passwords, or OTPs with any employee or any of its associates.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made to the official account details provided on the Plutus Advisors website and its appointed SaaS partner. Under no circumstances should payments be made to any other accounts.

Client Notifications

By subscribing to our services, the client consents to receive notifications, newsletters, promotional content, and research reports via email, SMS, Telegram or WhatsApp.

Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Amendments

Plutus Advisors reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice to clients. The latest version will always be available on our official website.

Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Plutus Advisors’ services, the client acknowledges their agreement to these terms and conditions, affirming their consent with full understanding and free will.
